Health and Safety Advisor

HandS AdvisorEast LothianPermanent£35,000 plus package We are working with a leading structural engineering and fabrication company to recruit an HandS Advisor. Reporting directly to the HandS Manager, the HandS Advisor will be responsible for providing health and safety support and guidance to the business.The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for: - Promoting good HandS practices throughout the business.- Creating tactical plans for improved performance and drive the development of safety culture.- Lead Safety Committee Meetings.- Ensure compliance with the company''s Integrated QEHS Management Systems with ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001.- Undertake site audits and inspections to achieve compliance, and report back findings for any corrective actions needed.- Work with clients and sub-contractors to build alignment with the business'' HSE approach.
