Up to £50,000 + Package Health and Safety Advisor ( Month Fixed-Term Contract) Based in Walsall, West Midlands (Office and Site-Based, Monday Friday) Search is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a family-run and well established manufacturing and engineering business to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor on a fixed-term contract. You re looking for a -month fixed-term role that offers stability, autonomy and the ability to shape systems and culture. What you will be doing Developing, implementing and maintaining company-wide health and safety plans and policies. Reviewing and facilitating procedures to establish a strong safety culture and legal compliance. Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and training across manufacturing and operational areas. Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions. Supporting and mentoring a junior health and safety team member, helping them develop towards a management role.
