The Role Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices across multiple sites. This role offers a mix of home working and site visits, providing both flexibility and variety. Key Responsibilities Support and implement health and safety initiatives across various sites. Conduct site inspections Identify and manage SHE risks, issues, and opportunities. Stay up to date with SHE legislation, best practices, and industry developments. What We re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction health and safety role. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and industry standards. Engaging, proactive, and committed to SHE excellence.
