SHEQ Advisor / Senior SHEQ Advisor Chester (CH1 / CH2) Hybrid Working Permanent £45,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance (SHEQ Advisor) Up to £55,000 + Package (Senior SHEQ Advisor) Red Sky Personnel are currently supporting a rapidly growing infrastructure business delivering critical projects across the utilities and energy sectors. We are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to support the delivery of a nationally significant energy infrastructure project. This is a key opportunity to be involved in a major low-carbon development at the forefront of the UK s energy transition. The Role You will provide day-to-day SHEQ support across site operations, working closely with delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, compliantly and in line with both company and client standards. This opportunity is open to both experienced SHEQ Advisors and Senior Advisors, depending on level of experience. Key Responsibilities Carrying out site inspections, audits and risk assessments, ensuring effective control measures are implemented Providing practical SHEQ advice and guidance to site teams, supervisors and subcontractors Supporting the development, review and implementation of RAMS Assisting with incident investigations, near misses and root cause analysis Ensuring works are delivered in line with company procedures, client requirements and relevant legislation Promoting positive safety behaviours and driving a strong SHEQ culture on site Supporting environmental and quality ..... full job details .....
