An Essex-based construction and building services contractor specialising in commercial refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and associated building services. The company operates across London and the South East, undertaking works for commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector clients.

HSQE Advisor-

• An enthusiastic and proactive HSQE Advisor supporting the delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across construction projects. Working closely with the HSQE Manager and operational teams, the role provides practical guidance to ensure compliance with company procedures, industry legislation and best practice.
• Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing RAMS, carrying out site inspections and visits, supporting audits and investigations, and promoting a positive health and safety culture across live projects. The role also contributes to environmental initiatives, including waste management, energy monitoring and carbon reduction programmes, while providing advice and support to project teams on HSQE matters.
• Based from the head office with regular travel to sites across London and the surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a hands-on advisory role, building strong relationships with site teams and playing an active part in driving continuous improvement.
