This is a critical role responsible for driving the highest standards of safety, guidance, and coaching across complex construction and tunnelling environments. We are looking for a candidate who is available immediately to support our project goals through December 2026. Responsibilities Provide expert Health & Safety advice and coaching to project teams to maintain an Injury-Free Environment. Ensure full project compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) and all statutory provisions. Manage the Health & Safety competence matrix and deliver comprehensive site inductions. Conduct thorough reviews of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure timely communication of findings.
