Health and Safety Advisor

PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to Join their Health and Safety team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in the West Midlands and will involve working within Demolition and Remediation Projects.Health and Safety Advisor Roles and ResponsibilitiesChampioning a positive safety culture by leading by example on-site.Advising Directors and Managers on health, safety, and welfare compliance.Conducting audits, site inspections, and accident investigations.Developing and implementing project-specific safety plans in collaboration with site teams.Producing risk assessments and ensuring safe working methods are followed.Engaging with clients and stakeholders as the key point of contact for HandS.Reporting and acting on near-misses and RIDDOR incidents.Promoting our Behavioural Safety Program across all levels of the business.Health and Safety Advisor RequirementsNVQ 6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH DiplomaExperience working within Demolition, Civil Engineering or construction is Essential (Preferably Demolition Experience)Good Communication skill with Operatives and clientsCMIOSH or working towardsStrong working knowledge of HandS legislation and its practical application on-site.Safety behaviour training/Mental health awarenessUK driving licenceHealth and Safety Advisor BenefitsSalary 40,000 - 50,000Based in Birmingham (With Travel)Travel ExpensesCompany Vehicle or ..... full job details .....
