They will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to promote best practice, ensure legal compliance and drive a positive safety culture.Responsibilities Promote compliance with company Health, Safety and Wellbeing procedures across all projects.Carry out site inspections, audits and monitoring activities.Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements and statutory compliance.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing reports and recommendations.Provide practical Health and Safety advice to site teams and subcontractors.Attend project and client meetings to support Health and Safety performance.Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.Promote continuous improvement through lessons...
