Fantastic opportunity for a remote based HandS Advisor / Health and Safety Consultant to join this well-established HandS Consultancy Our client is a leading Health and Safety Consultancy covering a wide range of industry sectors a varied HandS industry background would be beneficial. Covering the Hertfordshire region mostly you will visit client sites and develop a health and safety management system based on the HSG 65 standard (including the provision of HandS advice, safety inspections, assistance in the compilation of risk assessments and safe systems of work) Whilst this is remote based, you will then be continually on the road visiting clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with the development of a HandS management system. (Policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work, etc) • Conducting site inspections (Including construction sites) and providing detailed reports of findings with recommendations for the client to implement • Conducting Fire Risk Assessments Managing designated client base. Including recurring appointments, document reviews, updates, etc • Provide HandS training to clients (Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, General HandS, etc) • Assisting clients with all aspects of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ''s), HandS accreditation schemes (CHAS, Safe Contractors, SMAS, etc • Conduct accident investigations and assist with any RIDDOR requirements in conjunction with the client Assist the client when dealing with enforcement ..... full job details .....
