As a HSE Advisor, you will support with delivering new HSE processes, building relationships with staff at all levels, conducting internal audits, conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and promoting a culture of safety among employees and contractors. Core hours are between 8am-6pm with an early finish at 1pm on a Friday. 37 hours a week and 5 Days on site. Occasional travel to other sites is also required. Duties Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and communicated Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained Establish and maintain a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks Conduct regular risk assessments of the workplace activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
