You''ll play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered in compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM15), ensuring that designs are safe to build and construction is carried out safely on site. You will be instrumental in embedding health and safety into the preconstruction and construction process and ensuring full compliance with CDM15.Responsibilities• Production of relevant CDM documentation and being the go to on CDM HandS matter for the project teams.• Writing pre-construction information reports and compilation of the information pack for tender.• Compiling the Design Risk Registers in conjunction with the design team• Assessing contractor risk assessments and method statements and the Principal Contractors construction phase plan.• Writing to clients to discharge their duties under CDM15• Play an active part in internal and external stakeholder meetings, offering CDM/HandS advice during the full project lifecycle• Collating the health and safety file• Supporting the project team in managing construction design risk, undertaking site ..... full job details .....
