Health and Safety Advisor Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield Salary: 35,000 per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business operating across multiple UK locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health and Safety professional looking to take the next step in their career. Working from the Sutton-in-Ashfield site, you will support the wider Health and Safety function, ensuring compliance, promoting a positive safety culture and assisting in the continuous improvement of Health and Safety standards across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with site management and the Group Health and Safety team, providing guidance and support to help maintain a safe and compliant working environment within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The Role As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety policies, procedures and programmes. You will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct inspections and audits, and assist with investigations to ensure lessons learned are effectively implemented. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor and actively engaging with employees at all levels.
