This would suit someone who is confident working in all areas including the shopfloor/factory and engaging with employees and managers, to drive practical safety improvements. Act as a competent point of contact for HandS matters across all the clients locations Carry out regular site inspections / safety tours; record findings, agree corrective actions with managers, and follow through to completion. Complete and review risk assessments, COSHH assessments and safe systems of work; ensure they are practical and used in day-to-day operations. Support incident / near miss investigations (including root cause analysis); produce clear written reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
