You will have NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction certification, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in HandS, be a member of IOSH (Tech IOSH or higher) and come from new build housing. You will be responsible for updating and implementing changes to the Housing Construction Health and Safety policy across the companies new build sites, working closely with the senior HandS Director plus senior on-site management team / HQ to continually improve / maximise the quality and consistency of the companies new build services, promoting a safe working environment with safe processes at all times.
