Health and Safety Advisor (New Build Housing / NHBC)

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a reputable, high quality focused, new home construction and development business, recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with extensive new build housing development exposure, strong CDM experience, plus NEBOSH, IOSH and RAMS experience, to cover New Housing sites across primarily the East Midlands / Midlands (some sites outside of this area). You will have NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction certification, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in HandS, be a member of IOSH (Tech IOSH or higher) and come from new build housing. You will be responsible for updating and implementing changes to the Housing Construction Health and Safety policy across the companies new build sites, working closely with the senior HandS Director plus senior on-site management team / HQ to continually improve / maximise the quality and consistency of the companies new build services, promoting a safe working environment with safe processes at all times. This role requires you to instigate and implement effective Health and Safety standards and procedures, promoting a health and safety focused culture.
