Including major data centre developments. We''re looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to support our UK project sites, helping us maintain a strong, proactive safety culture across all our operations. About the Role As HandS Advisor, you''ll provide on-the-ground health and safety support across our UK sites, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure safe systems of work are followed, risks are identified and controlled, and our high standards are maintained on every project. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across groundworks, earthworks, basements, civil engineering, and site set-up/enabling projects. Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry standards. Support the delivery of site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and support the preparation of reports and corrective action plans.
