We are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to join our fantastic team in our South West region. The role will see you provide regional support to the Divisional SHE Director in the implementation and supervision of the Company s Safety, Health and Environmental policy so as to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all employees and workers engaged on Company business. HEALTH and SAFETY ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, develop and implement SHE systems to ensure our standards, performance and compliance is of the highest order Provide support and advice to the Region and represent Regional Management in discussions with employees and external organisations on safety, health and environmental (SHE) matters Support the development of Health and Safety management capability within the Region by improving the skills and knowledge of Miller personnel Carry out site visits and audits to ensure compliance with specified procedures and standards HEALTH and SAFETY ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in a similar role, ideally within the ..... full job details .....
