BAE Systems is currently seeking a Contract SHE Advisor specialising in Risk to join their dynamic team. This role will support the development and implementation of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies and systems for a specified business area or site(s). You will provide competent SHE advice, enabling the successful management of SHE and the achievement of strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Support the development, maintenance, and deployment of a SHE management system that meets BAE Systems Operational Framework and International SHE Standards, facilitating organisational goals.Provide comprehensive SHE advice and support to Line Leaders, ensuring effective SHE management within their area(s) of responsibility.Develop and maintain SHE policies, management systems, objectives, assurance, reporting, training, and functional capability development for the business and site(s).Deploy and implement SHE policies, objectives, and targets, providing competent advice on risk management and control.Collate and provide SHE performance reports and investigate incidents in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.Enhance SHE practice and performance within the business area or site(s).Develop and implement innovative SHE change programmes, ensuring effective SHE risk management and continuous improvement.Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencing the consideration of SHE factors during decision-making.Provide assurance for compliance with legal, BAE ..... full job details .....
