Health and Safety Advisor

Do you have experience in driving Health and Safety efficiencies within a workplace?Do you have experience in promoting good mental health in a workplace?We have a new position as a Health and Safety Advisor, As part of our Health and Safety Team, you''ll work alongside customer-facing services to create safer environments for both our customers and colleagues. Providing expert guidance and practical support, you''ll help teams identify and manage risks, investigate incidents, improve performance and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing.You''ll also play an important role in promoting positive mental health and employee wellbeing, supporting managers and colleagues through wellbeing initiatives, stress management and challenging situations when additional support is needed.Where I''d work:This role is based within our communities within Lincolnshire. You''ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support the delivery of your projects across Lincolnshire. This could be at our main offices in Grimsby or Boston, our various community hubs, at home, local coffee shops, or wherever works best for you.
