Health and Safety Advisor

Health and Safety Advisor Loughborough 50,000 Plus Car or Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading property developer to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor. The business has a growing portfolio of projects across the East Midlands and is expanding the Health and safety team to support this growth. Health and safety will play a key part in keeping high standards across all sites. Due to the location of this organisations projects, a UK Driver''s license is essential. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include: Engaging across the sites, implementing health and safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and developing contractorsAssist with training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where requiredAssisting with the review and the production of risk assessments and method statements and answering any health and safety related queriesAssisting with audits and inspections of the site, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have: Proven experience in a similar role ideally from within construction house building or related industryNEBOSH Certificate or equivalentExcellent communications skills and ability to work well with a wide range of peopleDrive and enthusiasm with the ability to promote a positive Health and Safety culture This role would suit an ambitious health and safety ..... full job details .....
