This role offers a clear development pathway toward a senior health and safety management position within a forward-thinking company committed to excellence and continuous improvement.The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:Support on the implementation and ongoing development of the company''s Health and Safety Management System aligned with ISO 45001 principles.Provide advice and support to operational teams to ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation.Conduct health and safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending preventative measures.Support and develop health and safety training, communication campaigns, and safety initiatives to promote best practices throughout the organisation.The successful candidate will have:NEBOSH General Certificate / Equivalent Practical understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation and statutory compliance experience in a corporate or property environment.Strong communication with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections and ..... full job details .....
