Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor Salary: 65,000 Plus Excellent Benefits Location: WantageAre you passionate about maintaining high standards of health and safety within a precision manufacturing environment?Do you thrive in technically demanding workplaces where attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety can make a real difference?We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to support a leading organisation specialising in the manufacture of high-end precision components for the automotive industry, committed to maintaining excellent safety standards across its operations.The successful candidate will:Support all departments in creating and updating risk assessments, safe systems of work, and standard operating procedures.Assist in collating COSHH data, including inventories, data sheets, and assessments.Lead on accident and incident investigations, delivering root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Conduct audits and inspections to ensure legislative and internal compliance.Actively promote a positive safety culture through toolbox talks, employee engagement, and involvement with the safety committee.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience working within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or another high-performance technical environment.NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, and ideally have secured or be working towards a NEBOSH National Diploma.Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and key topics such as PUWER, ..... full job details .....
