Health and Safety Advisor (Part-Time) (3-Months)Day Rate: 300 per day, Outside IR35Location: LondonWe are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety professional for a leading commercial property company to provide hands-on support for our their safety management activities. The role involves conducting regular audits, supporting incident investigations, and helping keep policies and procedures current and effective.Key Responsibilities:Conducting building health and safety audits twice per month, providing reports with actionable recommendations.Performing safety audits focused on food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.Carrying out Permit to Work audits on an ad hoc basis, ensuring adherence to safe systems of work.Assisting in recording and managing accidents, incidents, and near misses, along with investigation support.Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and delivering safety briefings to staff and contractors.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in conducting health and safety audits and supporting incident management.Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices.Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver safety information effectively.Flexibility to support ad hoc safety responsibilities and liaise with different teams as required.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a safety-focused organisation with a flexible working approach.
