This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional to work within a large, complex and fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders to embed best practice and drive positive safety culture.The Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will be:Provide competent health and safety (and fire safety, where competent/trained) advice to support legal compliance and internal standardsBuild strong working relationships with departmental heads, technical specialists and colleagues, coaching on risk assessment, controls and record keepingSupport the development and review of standards, guidance, risk assessments and safe systems of workHelp coordinate health and safety communications/briefings to promote engagement and a positive safety cultureAssist with performance monitoring, including KPIs, inspections, audits, reviews and action trackingSupport delivery of health and safety campaigns/initiatives and contribute to local meetings and reportingThe Requirements of the Health and Safety Advisor are:NEBOSH Diploma ..... full job details .....
