You will be instrumental in promoting a positive safety culture across multiple sites in the Southeast and Midlands close to Warwickshire, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in health and safety standards.The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:Engage with site teams, implementing safety policies and ensuring legislative complianceConduct training sessions, toolbox talks, inductions, and incident investigationsReview risk assessments, method statements, and address safety queriesPerform regular audits and site inspections, reporting on findings and areas for improvementSupport the development of a proactive health and safety environmentThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in a construction or civil engineering environmentNEBOSH Certificate, with relevant IOSH membership advantageousExcellent communication skills and ability to influence a positive safety cultureValid UK Driver''s Licence and willingness to travel across projectsThis role offers an excellent chance to progress within a safety-focused organisation working on major infrastructure ..... full job details .....
