This is a hands-on role, working closely with Site Managers and operational teams to provide pragmatic advice, strengthen safety standards and ensure health and safety remains embedded across day-to-day operations. The successful Health and Safety Advisor will: Partner with Site Managers to provide pragmatic health and safety advice on day-to-day operations. Deliver audits, inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance. Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
