Health and Safety Advisor / HSEQ AdvisorLocation: Potters Bar, HertfordshireSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Car AllowanceSector: Construction / Health and Safety / HSEQEmployment Type: Full-timeReporting To: HSEQ Director The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Advisor / HSEQ Advisor to join their team, based from their Potters Bar office and supporting projects across the business. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Director, you will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the company''s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures across live projects. This is a hands-on position requiring regular engagement with project and site teams. You will carry out site inspections and audits, support the implementation of HSEQ initiatives and campaigns, and play an important role in promoting a positive safety culture throughout the business. The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable and confident working directly with operational teams to identify areas for improvement and drive consistently high HSEQ standards.
