They are currently looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to be based at the Nottinghamshire site . If you have proven health and safety experience within manufacturing, waste or heavy industry this is a fantastic opportunity and we''d love to hear from you!The Role:The key responsibility in this role is to provide health and safety advice to the business, enabling it, and it''s employees to comply with health and safety legislation and company policies. You''ll be conducting and recording risk assessments and site inspections as well as supporting or leading incident investigations.Liaising with managers and making recommendations on how to meet safety standardsYou''ll be responsible for issuing PPE and maintaining records associated with that and developing and delivering HandS communications including toolbox talks, newsletters and posters.Other key areas include performing internal audits against ISO45001 policies and procedures and liaising with external ISO auditors.
