Your new role As a Health and Safety Advisor, you''ll play a vital part in ensuring workplace safety and well-being. You''ll:Conduct risk assessments and develop safe operational proceduresLead site inspections and evaluate safety performanceDesign internal strategies and reports to enhance policiesDeliver training sessions and promote safety awareness across teamsMaintain compliance with HSE regulations and monitor legislative updatesAdvise on safety issues including fire risks, noise, and occupational diseaseEnsure safe equipment installation and hazardous material disposalWhat you''ll need to succeed Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferably experience in the food sectorStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesOrganised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesRecognised qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, City and Guilds)Degree in Occupational Health, Risk Management or related field (preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat ..... full job details .....
