Hays Health and Safety are working with a leader in their area of construction based in the Lancashire area to find their next proactive and driven Health and Safety Advisor to join their fast-paced and growing organisation.Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager you will play a significant part in sharing the hands-on workload whilst also managing Health and Safety documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and to a high standard.They are looking for an individual who has 12 months+ experience in a Health and Safety role within construction and a NEBOSH General certificate or other equivalent qualifications.The roleSupport with general Health and Safety duties such as undertaking RAMS, Audits and toolbox talksPromote a positive Health and Safety cultureUtilise knowledge of legislation to ensure sites are compliant and advise key stakeholders and contractorsCollect, analyse and present data to team leaders, driving continuous improvementReview current risk assessment and audit documentationHighlight any trends and patterns that occur from reporting on siteThe candidateIdeally 12 months+ experience as a Health and Safety professional in the construction industryQualified to NEBOSH General or similarA CSCS card would be an advantageProficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordThe PackageA salary of up to 35k is on offer for the right candidate.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of ..... full job details .....
