We are seeking a dedicated flexible and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join the dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity fo an individual to make a real impact, ensuring all projects are delivered safely and efficiently while building strong relationships with our clients. Your Key Deliverables: Compliance Champion: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure strict adherence to company systems and processes. Safety Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor work areas for SHEQ compliance, escalating significant findings to the Head of SHEQ and senior management. Culture Development:Implement effective systems to further enhance our positive health and safety culture. Project Support: Provide expert SHEQ advice and assistance to our project teams. Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their SHEQ requirements are met.
