The consultancy provides construction HandS, CDM, Principal Designer, surveying, quality-control and technical advisory services to UK developers and contractors. This is a client-facing consultancy role, managing projects across Greater Manchester and the Midlands. The portfolio currently includes approximately nine Greater Manchester projects plus wider Midlands assignments involving development infrastructure, recladding and fire-safety remediation. The role is home-based with regular site travel, typically no more than two visits per day. Reports and administration are completed from home, with overnight stays around once or twice per month. Practical construction HandS experience and applied knowledge of CDM 2015 are essential. Dedicated CDM Advisor or Principal Designer experience is desirable but not essential.
