This hybrid role will be based between our main office and regular visits to operational and construction sites, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide professional health and safety advice and support to management and site teams. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple locations. Ensure compliance with current UK Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Review and develop risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Deliver health and safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives.
