Health and Safety AdvisorEast Kilbride 35,000 - 40,000 + Excellent BenefitsA well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join its operational team based in East Kilbride.This role offers the opportunity to become part of a growing organisation operating within a high-risk manufacturing environment, supporting operational teams and helping drive a positive safety culture across the site.We''re looking for someone who can contribute from day one. This is not a graduate or trainee position. The successful candidate will already have practical Health and Safety experience within a manufacturing, process, industrial or operational environment and be comfortable engaging directly with employees, supervisors and managers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefingsSupport incident, accident and near-miss investigationsConduct workplace inspections and safety auditsAssist with risk assessments and safe systems of workSupport compliance activities and SHE management systemsMonitor actions and drive continuous improvement initiativesPromote positive safety behaviours throughout the siteWork closely with operational teams and site managementWhat We''re Looking ForNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)Previous Health and Safety experience within manufacturing, process, production, utilities, energy, chemical, food, pharmaceutical or similar environmentsExperience conducting audits, inspections and investigationsComfortable ..... full job details .....
