Health and Safety AdvisorBedworth, WarwickshireUp to 50,000 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:30 We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to take ownership of Health and Safety across a well-established manufacturing business in Bedworth.This is a standalone role, working closely with the Operations and HR Directors, with genuine scope to influence the site, improve standards and drive a positive Health and Safety culture.The Role Sole responsibility for Health and Safety across the siteWorking closely with Operations and HR leadershipMaintaining a visible presence on the shop floorIdentifying risks and implementing effective control measuresLeading Health and Safety improvements and continuous improvement initiativesManaging risk assessments, audits and investigationsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislationChallenging unsafe practices and driving accountabilityEngaging with employees at all levels to improve Health and Safety awarenessDriving a proactive Health and Safety culture across the siteAbout YouWe are looking for a confident, proactive Health and Safety professional who is comfortable taking ownership and acting as the key authority on site.You will ideally have: NEBOSH qualification as a minimumExperience within a manufacturing or engineering environmentBackground in automotive, aerospace, CNC, precision engineering or similarStrong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practiceA hands-on, shop-floor focused approachThe confidence to ..... full job details .....
