Health and Safety Advisor

Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor (Nationwide)

Location: Wigan

Salary: -40,000 to -45,000 + Car Allowance

Role Overview:
As the Health and Safety Advisor, reporting into the H&S Manager you will need to undertake H&S duties across multiple retail construction sites on a nationwide basis. You will have an integral role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the onsite teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years'' experience in construction health and safety
• Hold a NEBOSH qualification
• Hold a full UK driving license and willing to travel nationwide
• Knowledge of H&S within the Construction industry is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the HSE Manager
• Site visiting auditing / site H&S support
• Confident approach to Accident / Incident Investigation and reporting
• Implementation and effective communication of health and safety policies to all levels
• Risk management
• Site auditing Standards and the preparation and delivery of health & safety in-house training requirements
• Detail orientated with the ability to produce accurate reports for senior management.
• Assessing RAMS
