We’re working with a respected multi-disciplinary contractor to find a Health & Safety Advisor for a major long-term project in West London.

You’ll work on a large, technically varied scheme including RC Frames, Steelwork, Refurbishment, Rail Infrastructure, and Piling. The business champions a proactive and collaborative approach to H&S, with a supportive team and real room for growth with the aim of achieving onsite excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out risk assessments and support the creation of RAMS
• Lead on-site safety inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Ivestigate incidents and support occupational health reporting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and manage relevant site H&S documentation
• Work alongside a quality-driven site team committed to high standards

What we’re looking for:

• NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
• Experience on civil engineering or structural projects (RC/Steel frames, groundwork etc.)
• Confident communicator and team player who leads by example
