Health and Safety Advisor Location: Ilfracombe Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experienceWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per weekEmployment Type: Permanent About the Opportunity We are delighted to be supporting an established organisation within the manufacturing and engineering sector with the appointment of a Health and Safety Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety professional to play an important role in supporting the organisation''s Health and Safety strategy, compliance requirements and continued development of a positive safety culture. Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager and stakeholders across the business, you will provide practical advice and support on Health and Safety responsibilities, legislation, risk management and best practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the continual improvement of Health and Safety standards within a technically focused and operational environment. The Role As Health and Safety Advisor, you will support the Health and Safety Manager with the day-to-day coordination and administration of Health and Safety activities across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Health and Safety Manager in maintaining effective Health and Safety management systems and processes.
