Health and Safety Advisor (Contract)£400 per day, Inside IR35 Initial 3-Month Contract, Potential to Extend to 12 Months Plymouth, Devon Search is exclusively recruiting a Contract Health and Safety Advisor to support a major infrastructure programme in Plymouth. This is an immediate requirement to provide additional Health and Safety support across a large-scale and technically complex project incorporating construction, civil engineering, utilities and the upgrade of existing infrastructure. The initial requirement is for approximately three months, although there is potential for the assignment to continue for up to 12 months depending on ongoing project requirements. The opportunity This would suit an experienced Health and Safety Advisor or HSE professional who is comfortable entering an established project environment and quickly becoming effective. You''ll be working closely with project teams, contractors and the wider supply chain, providing practical Health and Safety support across a varied programme of works. What you will be doing Providing practical Health and Safety advice to project and operational teams. Working closely with contractors and the supply chain to improve SHE performance. Conducting site inspections, assurance activities and compliance checks. Supporting project teams with the implementation of Health and Safety requirements.
