Health and Safety Advisor 12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Hull Salary: Up to £45,000 + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + Private Medical Insurance + Bonus + Excellent Pension + Life Assurance Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Hull that we have partnered with, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on a 12-18 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment while supporting the business through an exciting period.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business safety processes and standards to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Support the Senior Management Team and Quality, Health and Safety Manager in ensuring a safe working environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. Proactively identify and resolve compliance and regulatory issues within the business. Assist in the development and review of HandS policies, ensuring consistent implementation across the company. Lead regular Health and Safety meetings and initiatives to promote a strong safety culture. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies where necessary. Monitor, evaluate, and review existing, new, and upcoming HandS legislation, ensuring company policies remain compliant. Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly to prevent reoccurrence.
