Connect Appointments have a unique opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our established client in Kilmarnock on a permanent basis!What''s on offer?37 hours per weekMonday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm. Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm 40,000 to 45,000 per annum (DOE)The successful Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:Auditing and improving current HSE practices and policiesDelivering training to internal staff on various aspects of HSE, including policies and standard operating proceduresInvestigating and record any incidentsDeveloping a risk assessment and safe working procedure programTo be successful as a Health and Safety Advisor, you will:Be NEBOSH qualifiedHave previous experience in a HSE role (ideally within a manufacturing environment)Have the ability to carry out risk assessments and method statementsBe able to take care of Health and Safety inspections on-siteGet Connected and apply now by submitting your CV, or call our us on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
