Health and Safety Advisor Location: EC2M - Central London Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE About Us At Complete Fixing Solutions (CFS), we specialise in high-quality building solutions across West and Central London, working on Tier 1 projects. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence on every site, maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction at all times. We are looking for a HandS Advisor to join our team and support our existing HSEQ and Projects Team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in construction, a keen interest in developing their career health and safety, and a proactive approach to learning. Key Responsibilities Conduct site audits and inspections under supervision to ensure HandS compliance.Support the preparation, review, and control of HandS documents, including risk assessments, method statements, policies, and procedures.Assist operational teams with day-to-day HandS queries.Help investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and support implementation of corrective actions.Maintain awareness of current HandS legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards.Support in promoting a positive HandS culture across the organization.Assist in monitoring HandS performance metrics and reporting to management.Keep digital records and HandS documentation up-to-date, ensuring proper version control.Support in training initiatives and induction of staff on HandS procedures.Liaise with external auditors or regulatory bodies when ..... full job details .....
