The Role We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects. This is a dynamic role involving national travel, supporting multiple sites to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance are maintained. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert health and safety advice across multiple commercial fit-out sitesEnsure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and company policiesConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsSupport project teams in implementing safe systems of workInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reportsDeliver toolbox talks and health and safety training to site teamsMonitor and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)Work closely with site managers and stakeholders to promote a strong safety cultureIdentify areas for improvement and implement ..... full job details .....
