Key responsibilities include: Conduct audits on facilities and working practices to ensure health and safety compliance. Monitor and support audit findings and necessary actions. Work with external professionals to review policies and procedures. Ensure preparedness for inspections and compliance with regulations. Provide updates to the Health and Safety Committee on audits, drills, and incidents. Maintain and oversee health and safety documentation and certifications. Supervise risk assessments and create a central register for easy access. Support COSHH risk assessments and maintain a central register.
