Health And Safety Advisor - Aylesbury - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to work on an HS2 project, supporting the site team in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

The role will involve carrying out regular site inspections and audits, advising site management and subcontractors on health and safety requirements, reviewing RAMS, supporting incident investigations and ensuring compliance with HS2 standards and relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks, implementing corrective actions and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in major civil engineering/infrastructure projects, ideally with HS2 or similar Tier 1 environments, and hold relevant health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH and/or NCRQ. Strong knowledge of CDM, RAMS, audits and site-based health and safety procedures is essential.
