Help ensure that the Construction Phase Plan, Integrated Management System and contractual safety requirements are effective and implemented across the project. Where gaps are identified, provide advice to ensure corrective action is taken. Monitor all direct and subcontractor activities to ensure safe systems of work are adopted. Deputise for the HSE Supervisor during periods of absence from site. Ensure all accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences are thoroughly investigated and reported, detailing causes, conclusions and recommendations to avoid recurrence.
