If you''re a Health and Safety Advisor and are looking to join an Energy from Waste power station then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Health and Safety Advisor role Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing guidance to managers and supervisors on all aspects of health, safety, and employee welfare.Making sure the organisation adheres to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all applicable regulations.Carrying out health and safety audits and inspections, followed by the creation of detailed reports.Looking into all accidents, incidents, potential hazards, and near-misses.Creating and presenting Health and Safety training sessions for staff.Overseeing and assisting managers to uphold a positive health and safety environment.Communicating with external authorities including the HSE, Fire Brigade, and Police when necessaryProfessional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:Ideally qualified with a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent)Membership of IOSHPersonal skills The Health and Safety Advisor role would suit someone who has:A background in Health ..... full job details .....
