You will provide expert guidance, ensure compliance with legislation and company standards, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the business.Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections and audits across responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and refurbishment projectsProvide practical health and safety advice to site managers, operatives, and subcontractorsSupport the development, implementation, and review of HandS policies, RAMS, and safe working proceduresInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; produce detailed reports and improvement actionsDeliver toolbox talks, inductions, and HandS training where requiredMonitor compliance with CDM regulations and client standardsWork collaboratively with operational teams to drive continuous improvement in safety performanceMaintain accurate records and ensure ..... full job details .....
