Are you a Health and Safety Advisor looking to develop your career within civil engineering and infrastructure?Would you like to play a key role in improving safety standards across a range of civil engineering projects while developing your career with an established contractor?Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor to support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects in South England.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated safety professional to work closely with site teams and project management, helping to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure high standards across project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety management systems across civil engineering projects.Promote a proactive health and safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions.Ensure works are carried out in accordance with current HSE legislation, industry standards and company procedures.Conduct regular site inspections and audits across active project sites.Identify, record and monitor non-conformances (NCRs), ensuring corrective actions are implemented and effectively closed out.Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and the communication of lessons learned.Support the introduction of new processes, technologies and safe working practices.Work closely with site teams, ..... full job details .....
