Health and Safety Advisor

The ideal candidate will have experience working on major Tier 1 infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to support construction teams and subcontractors in a high-risk site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HandS advice and guidance to site and project teams.Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities.Review RAMS, risk assessments and Construction Phase Plans.Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and HandS briefings.Support incident investigations and corrective actions.Monitor subcontractor and supply chain HandS performance.Promote a strong, proactive HandS culture across the project. RequirementsProven HandS experience within major construction / civil engineering.Strong earthworks and civils experience.HS2 or Tier 1 contractor experience highly desirable.NEBOSH Construction CertificateSMSTS/CSCSExperience with RAMS, site inspections and risk assessments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
